2000-11-06 - 4:47 pm Well....after taking a nap today, I think I got my energy back. The past 2 nights I have gone to sleep at 1:00 am. 1. Friday going into Saturday: 1 am, tara's wedding is cause. 2. Saturday going into Sunday : 1 am, went to the movies to see "Legend of Bagger Vance". It got out late. The movie was ok, but I wanted to see Charlie's Angels. Once again, no one else in the family wanted to. Fuck it! By the time I got home, checked email and got ready for bed it was 1 am. So, let me tell you about Tara's wedding in my view. First of all, this was my non-jewish wedding. The ceromny ( besides my sister singing) was a sleeper. It was ok, but I think the Jewish ceremony is kewler with the braking of the glass, many different prayers. Tara's ceremony was just GOD over and again. I am not mocking a religion, it was just boring. After the cermony, a bunch of us went to local restruant that had a bar. I was the only under age drinker so I got a Shriley Temple. Go ahead laugh! Two more years then I can really drink. Alright! So, then after that....it was time to go to the reception. First was the cocktail hour. It was amazing of all the food. I just liked the mozzarella over tomato w/ it in olive oil. Yummy! Plus, cheese is the best food. I had two virgin pina colada's and one virgin strawberry diaquri. Yummy! My Dad went wild and had two manhattan's even though my mom said one. Silly!! Tehn it was time to party! I sat at t table with my sister and her friends. That was da bomb! Then we danced all night long. Dinner was amazing, I had steak...yummy! One big memory is us dancing to "Paradise by the dash board light" by Meat Loaf in a big circle. That was da bomb!! After that we took a group picture of us. Well....my sister my write more in detail in her diary. So, check it out when she does. This just my point of view. In all, it rocked big time! I had a great time and was actually smiling when I went to sleep. I forgot to say on Saturday, we went car shopping. My Mom's car is dead. So, we are going to get a new one. I like Toyota car we saw the best!! I am trying to convince my Mom to get that one! Luv ya, Abby |
